I started playing around with metallic colours like gold, silver and bronze in the LOTR series. It was fun and I had a great sense of satisfaction applying on dark background. Black turns out the best in photos, without all the shades like dark blue, depending on the lighting and filters.

Florals is a recurring theme in this series. We all love flowers, one of the most therapeutic activity is walking through a field of wild flowers. 

Flowers are transient, just like many things in life that touch us. Most of the things that can touch our souls and bring tears of joy cannot be felt or be possessed physically; sunrise and sunsets, a starry night sky, the aurora borealis, children's laughter. 

The best things in life are usually free and within reach. We just have to open our sense to appreciate what is already and has always been around.
